He is a reward and job evaluation specialist with experience supporting organisations on pay structures, role levelling, salary benchmarking and workforce data. James also has a background in designing, building and implementing HR technology, with a focus on AI, automation and analytics. His work combines practical reward experience with hands-on knowledge of how technology can make complex people data easier to manage and use.

He leads product and brand at PayPulse, taking real conversations with users straight into what ships next.
